Terms of Sale for retailers

The following minimum discounts apply to orders of 10 or more assorted books:

Book and gift retailers: 40%
Educational institutions: 20%
Wholesalers: 46%
Public Libraries: 20%



Payment terms


Net 60 days. In Canada, all prices are subject to 5% GST.



Returns for retailers

Books may be returned for full credit 3 months after the invoice date and within 12 months of the invoice date, provided that they are in immaculate condition and free of retail stickers. Returned stock that does not comply with these conditions will be returned to customers at their expense.

Note that all returns from the book trade must be properly packaged and shipped prepaid to the originating distributor.
